"We would like to thank you and everyone associated with your company for the great experience we had remodeling our bathroom. From the initial meeting, to the final inspection, everything went as advertised. Our Project Manager was very helpful in coordinating all aspects of the work.
As I have told you in the past on other remodels you have done for us, the most important thing to us is honesty. We were very comfortable with every worker you sent to our house. They were all very helpful and polite. A lot of effort was taken to protect the parts of our home that were not being worked on. Every night before the crew left they cleaned up the entire work area and any part of the house they had to walk through.
I would like to give special thanks to our lead carpenter on the job. He was a true professional. He was very interested to make sure the job was done exactly the way we wanted. In the middle of the construction we went on a small vacation. We had no problem leaving our house key with him. I felt he was taking care of our home as if it were his own. During our initial interview process, we met with several kitchen designers who presented various design plans, but each seemed to be missing "something". What we found is that Creative Design provided the "missing piece". It was apparent that your design plan was created by investing the time to understand our lifestyles and the vision to incorporate that into the kitchen of our dreams!
Creative Design exceeded our expectations throughout each stage of the process. We took comfort in knowing you were always accessible, promptly addressing any questions or concerns. When it came to the installation, the Cabinet Installers provided outstanding craftsmanship, meticulously installing the cabinets, with attention to every detail. (We were also impressed on how well he cleaned up after each day).

"In 2006, we decided to renovate our kitchen and adjacent dining room. We heard a lot of positive feedback regarding Creative Design Construction and booked a consultation.
We met with our remodeling consultant at showroom which offers many beautiful model kitchens and assorted accessories. Their knowledge, professionalism, and honesty immediately made up our minds. "We just wanted to drop you a note to let you know what a great experience we had working with Creative Design on our addition. When we first approached your company, we had already spent over $5,000.00 on an architect and we still were not completely satisfied with the plan. After our initial meeting with a remodeling consultant, we quickly realized that expenditure was completely unnecessary. Creative Design understood exactly what we were looking for and had the design and building knowledge to know what could be done and what would work for our project.
After the consultant drew the new plans, we got the room we were dreaming of. And they knew exactly how to build it. From the very beginning, we knew we had made the right decision. "As the owner of your own business, I realize that you cannot possibly be everywhere all the time so I just wanted to be your eyes and ears for a minute to let you know about your Lead Carpenter.
From the first minute he stepped foot in our home, he treated it as if it were his own home. Everyone on your team was courteous but he took a personal interest in our project including checking up on things over the weekend to make sure all was well and to keep us continuously updated on any work or schedule changes. He was always aware of what was happening and he was always pleasant and smiling. The people that he worked with on the job knew what was expected of them and thanks to the Lead Carpenter , always knew what was going on.
Even when we were on vacation in the middle of the project, I knew that our home was in capable hands and there was never a time that he was unreachable. He kept us updated and contacted us if there were any questions that the crew had. All this combined with his attention to detail and craftsmanship makes him one of a kind. There are two specific instances that I would like to share with you:
One day towards the end of the project, he did not realize that I was listening and was talking out loud to himself and was concerned that the porta-potty was costing your company money and was not being used. The second instance was when he was reminding another, newer Creative employee that when you are in a "Creative" shirt, you represent every aspect of the company and always need to put your best foot forward.
As a businessman, I know the value of a good employee. I would do anything to have an employee like him on my team every day and he should be commended for a job well done."
